Shipping fee

I bought this product and paid a shipping fee of 59 dollars online, but when the product arrived, they ask me to pay again which means, she didn't pay for the shipping fees..I had to pay twice .I have contacted her via email but she refused to reply. This is the last time I will be purchasing from her and I am going to pursue this shipping charges .
