All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Orders are typically delivered within 4 TO 7 business days from the order’s ship date unless there are delays from the carrier.

All international sales are final. Once orders leave the United States Tina toner skin has fulfilled its delivery duties. Packages lost, stolen, or damaged once outside of the United States rely on the recipient to file a claim with their postal service. TINA TONER SKIN is not liable or responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products. International orders can take up to 3 TO 12 weeks IF WE USE USPS, including the time it takes for customs to process and release shipments. Often it takes far less time, but please note we cannot speed up this process.
